I politely asked for an iPhone charger from a waitress, but she responded rudely by saying, "No, now we don't have a charger." It is quite uncommon for just a 5-star hotel to refuse help to an everyday shopper wanting charging their cell phone. I feel this waitress is behaving within a stereotypical way, as previously, other waitresses have always
